Worst service ever

I tried to sell a very rare bag together with a friend. However, after checking, they said the bag was incomplete. We sent proof by e-mail that everything was in the box and they did not believe us. Now I have the bag back and it turns out everything is there! I filmed everything. Customer service is the worst thing I have ever experienced and I work in this industry myself. NEVER buy or sell anything at StockX you will only regret it. I am considering legal action as it was a few thousand euros.



CDG Converse

I bought a pair of CDG converse. After wearing these shoes for the first time recently, they look and feel great. They are a lot more comfortable than they look. You can style them in many ways, whether you want to wear them with shorts or jeans. I would say my favorite look would be with tapered light wash jeans and distressed if preferred. The only issue I have come across while wearing this shoe is squeaking from the heel cup. Though this may only be a problem because the shoe hasn’t been broken in fully. Aside from the shoe, Stock X was great as I got the shoes quickly, and they didn’t have any scuffs. I received the correct size and had no problems whatsoever. Though they are a little pricey, I would for sure recommend the Comme Des Garcon Converse as well as Stock X.

Worst customer service ever don’t buy there there is no number to call when you have a problem the chat they have is a disaster the seller take forever and there no way to get info on your purchase

Been a member of StockX since 2019. Since about 2021 - never had a problem before this year, but since then they have been rejecting Deadstock shoes. Seller’s beware - any manufacturing defect; Glue stains, leather imperfections, etc, - even if that’s exactly how you received from the manufacturer will be rejected by SX. And they will charge you 15 for the privilege. Stay Farrrrrrrr away. Sell on EBAY

Too much for processing fees and shipping. Bought a box of basketball cards at $56 and by the time they were done final cost was $70.

New shipping policies are terrible for…

New shipping policies are terrible for people based in the UK,
Considering most people can only ship from ups access points and digital receipts are the norm.
Basically shipping anything to StockX authentication is now a complete gamble, if something should happen to the the parcel no protection is offered at all.
Even as a customer if you try the resolve any problem yourself it would be impossible as shipping agreements are between StockX and ups!

Recently purchased the 2021 Iverson…

Recently purchased the 2021 Iverson step overs at $140 or so($165 after verification and process fees) and waited a month to get tracking information. Finally got my package and received medical equipment? My label was put over another. Jumped through hoops to get clarification from StockX horrible customer service and luckily paid through PayPal who got my money back! StockX sent me a email stating my shoes never made it through the verification process but somehow the shipping label was printed and sent? I then tried to purchase another pair but seen the price went up and my account was locked. I went to Goat and got the same pair cheaper!

Our system identifies users that file disputes against us and restrict the account from further use. Since we are a live market, we do not control the prices. They are always fluctuating based on what price buyers are willing to pay, and sellers are willing to sell. While Goat and StockX are similar platforms, we are 2 different businesses that offer a range of different products which must meet our guidelines that are in place to pass verification.

Bought 2 pair Jordan’s retros received them with stock X verified come to find out both pair are fake. Not only would I not ever buy from this scam but they need to be sued

They scamming me
